Hi, my name is Dear Jesse!
Young Medium Male
Labrador Retriever / Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed
Meet Dear Jesse, a young happy-go-lucky pup! He has a very happy personality, and easily draws people to him with his adorable smile. He has stunning looks, with his black face mask and white socks.
For having a rough start on the streets of Dallas, Jesse bears no grudges. He was found as an injured stray and has undergone knee repair surgery, and has spent lots of times resting and healing. He has not let this stop him from adapting well! He loves to get his belly rubbed and liberally shares kisses!
Jesse loves other dogs and eagerly wants to play, so a slow introduction may be necessary. Once introduced, he loves to romp around and play chase or keep-away. He doesn’t know his own size, and has actually put on 15 lbs since being rescued, currently weighing in at 60 lbs! He has been socialized in a home with other dogs, cats and children. He is currently working on learning commands and walking on leash.
Dear Jesse has tons of personality that he wants to share. Could you be the lucky one for him to share his love with? Apply to adopt Dear Jesse today!
