Hi, my name is Caleb!
Young Large Male
Labrador Retriever / Mixed
Meet Caleb! This precious lab/pit bull pup will steal your heart with his sweet, affectionate disposition and love of the outdoors. Until his forever family is lucky enough to find him, he's living in a great foster home where he's honing his skills and getting lots of snuggles.
Caleb is house trained and enjoys other dogs and people - even kids! He's working on several commands, and absolutely loves his leash...because it means he gets to go somewhere fun! Caleb loves going on walks and car rides, which is why he gets so excited when he sees his leash! He also loves other people, especially his foster mom. She loves the way Caleb leans on her with his front paws while they sit on the couch. He likes to nuzzle his humans with his head for pets. As for toys, he has some interest but he likes to be close to his people more than anything.
Caleb's ideal home would be one with kids and a backyard, and a family who will make him an integral part of their unit. He would be great with an active owner, as he loves exploring outside; whether it's running around the yard or on a walk or run with his people. He loves company, too, so he needs plenty of human interaction and affection. Since he's still pretty young, Caleb is active; but he has a calm demeanor overall.
