Hi, my name is Annie!
Domestic Short Hair / Calico / Mixed
Meet Annie, a beautiful domestic short hair with gorgeous calico markings. Annie is two years old and would love nothing more than to find her forever home. She came into Dallas Pets Alive after being rescued from a hoarding situation, so she didn't have many social skills.
Although this sweet girl is still learning not to be afraid of people and new places, she will start purring the moment someone pets her. This “night owl” is also very inquisitive and loves to play with toys. It’s not known whether Annie is good with dogs or children, but she does do well with other cats. Annie is also litterbox trained.
Because Annie is in the process of becoming a social kitty, she would do best in a home with another friendly cat that would help her come out of her shell. She tends to perk up when there's another kitty friend around! Her new home would have to be patient for her to warm up to her, and understanding of her past. She may not be a lap cat, but that doesn't mean she won't be grateful of your love and loyaly.
