Hi, my name is Opal!
Domestic Short Hair / Mixed
This black beauty is Opal! She is a very sweet cat and loves to cuddle in the morning, and will knead you and beg for scratches. Opal is a big fan of cuddling and stealing your warmth! She’s one of five littermates who were rescued, and she’s the last one to find her fur-ever home!
You can often find her lying in the sun catching some rays of heat. She’s a smart kitty, and will knows where the sun rays are in the house and knows it will be warmer there. You can also find her on top of the cat tree or on a chair.
Opal minds her matters and never makes a mess, and is scratch post trained. She is a bit shy and does not like loud or fast movements, but that doesn’t stop her from enjoying herself! She absolutely loves being around her cat-mate, and will do best in a home with another cat she can cuddle with. She enjoys the companionship of another cat to play and be with during the day. She will never stay in a room alone, and will for sure be at your side as often as possible. She’s slightly scared of dogs, so a home without dogs or with calmer ones would be best.
