Vinny is a chill, loveable guy who plays well with others and by himself. His foster says “he’s goofy, a bit scruffy, and loves to give kisses.” He’s affectionate, but he doesn’t have to be in your lap at all times, and is happy just hanging out nearby.
Vinny loves a good chew toy and is just doing that perfect dog thing of enjoying the present moment.
