Meet Yerba Mate! This little Kit-Tea is ready to find himself a tea cozy: that is, a lap in which he can be cozy. He is the prince of snuggles, so his new tea cozy should expect to be occupied by him as often as possible! Yerba is aggressively affectionate and snuggly, and he’s really outgoing around new humans, too. He’s never met a human he didn’t want to cuddle.
Yerba does really well with other animals. One of his best friends is a hyperactive 47 lb. pit bull. He plays chasey-chasey with her all the time! He plays and wrestles with other young cats, and he snuggles geriatric ones. He wants to befriend every new creature he meets, though he does spend a little while at first being dramatically hissy. Yerba’s dream home would include at least one other young cat to play with (and he has some adoptable friends in his current foster home!). He would be happy with dogs, too.
Unfortunately, Yerba does not do well with small children, but he would be great with teens or older.
