Meet Queso 🧀
Queso is a social, playful two year old guy who came to Dallas Pets Alive through our PASS program after his owner made the incredibly brave and loving decision to rehome him. He spent several months in a PASS foster home, where his personality really shined and gave us a great picture of the kind of home where he will thrive.
Queso does well with other pets and has happily lived with cats and dogs. He enjoyed playing with a young kitten and did great with a senior small dog. While he can be a little too enthusiastic for more particular cats, his play style is best described as friendly, energetic, and confident. He has a moderate energy level and enjoys daily playtime balanced with downtime to relax and recharge.
This charming instigator is litter box trained, loves anything crinkly, and is very food motivated. He is not much of a lap cat, but he absolutely lives for head scratches and being near his people. One of his most endearing quirks is his love of fresh water straight from the faucet, even when a fancy fountain is available. Queso would do best in a home that appreciates a social, playful cat with a big personality and a love for interaction.
All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption.
