Maggie May is the kind of dog that makes you wonder how you ever lived without her. She’s sweet, smart, and eager to please. With her silly sense of humor, Maggie loves tossing her toys in the air just to catch them again, keeping herself (and you!) entertained. She’s very treat-motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding. She is around 46 pounds and 1.5 years old.
When it’s time to relax, Maggie is all about the cozy life. She’ll happily curl up beside you at night, snoring softly like a little human. She has such a big heart and just wants someone to love her as much as she’ll love them.
Maggie came to us from the Dallas Animal Shelter, and while she’s a sweetheart, she prefers not to share the spotlight. She’ll thrive as the only dog in the home or with a very easygoing, submissive canine friend. She was at one time heartworm positive, but was treated!
Maggie is ready for her forever home; one where she can be cherished, spoiled with treats, and snuggled every single day.
