Gherkin is a little black bean with a big heart and an even bigger personality. Life hasn’t been easy for this sweet boy and it’s made him a bit shy at first. He may need some patience and time to feel safe, but once he chooses you, he becomes incredibly affectionate and loyal! He’ll greet you by rising onto his hind legs like a little toddler asking to be picked up and he’s always happy to be held, snuggled, or nestled close. This little black ball of fur loves to be near his person and will often seek you out for attention and companionship—especially in the evenings after a full day of zooming and playing.
Gherkin is full of kitten energy and lives for a good chase! Whether it’s a flirt wand or a toy to stalk, he’s always on the hunt and ready to play. This kitten is also curious and social, often popping by to “help” whenever you get a chance to sit still or use both hands.
Gherkin loves his feline foster siblings and would absolutely thrive with a playful cat companion in his forever home. He can even share his space with dogs well!
