Meet Cabernet, the handsome orange boy who’s equal parts playful and affectionate. With his big meows and nonstop purrs, he’s always ready to chat and make sure you know just how happy he is to see you. Cabernet loves a good play session, especially when there’s a ribbon toy to chase or a sibling to pounce around with!
After he’s satisfied his need for play and adventure, Cabernet transforms into the ultimate cuddle bug. He’s happiest curled up in your lap, soaking up snuggles and pets until it’s time for his next round of kitten antics. He’d thrive in a home that balances both playtime and cozy downtime – and would love having a feline friend (maybe his sister Chardonnay?) by his side.
Cabernet is available for pre-adopt only at this time as he is not old enough to move to a forever home, but applications can still be completed. Applications for pre-adopt are processed in the order they are received.
All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for cats over six months to seven years is $100, kittens under six months is $150, cats eight years and over are $50 unless specified otherwise.
