A gentle soul looking for a soft place to land
Matilda is a sweet, affectionate 6-year-old cat who is looking for a new forever home after losing her owner. She was previously surrendered through no fault of her own, and despite the changes she’s experienced, Matilda remains incredibly loving and friendly.
She has lived successfully with other cats in the past and did well, making her a great candidate for a multi-cat home with proper introductions. Matilda is front declawed, which is something Dallas Pets Alive does not condone, and while this can sometimes lead to mobility or litter box challenges later in life, she is currently doing great. She uses the litter box reliably, gets around without issue, and shows no signs of discomfort at this time.
Matilda truly shines when it comes to companionship. She loves being pet, seeks out snuggles, and enjoys spending time close to her people. She has a calm, gentle presence that makes her a wonderful match for someone looking for a loving adult cat who just wants to be cherished.

The standard minimum donation for cats over six months to seven years is $100, kittens under six months is $150, cats eight years and over are $50 unless specified otherwise.
