Meet Duncan!

Duncan’s story didn’t start the way it should have. He was found abandoned in an apartment, left in a crate with no food or water. He came to us very underweight, but this resilient little guy is already on the road to recovery and working hard on his glow-up (extra snacks encouraged).

And let us tell you—Duncan has not let his past dim his shine.

This sweet, squishy potato is:

Dog-friendly and chill on walks—no growls, no drama, just good vibes
A leash-walking superstar who gets very excited when the leash comes out
Crate-trained and sleeps soundly through the night
Trustworthy at home—left alone for an hour and chose the couch nap life
People-approved, even with lots of new faces (including tall, “scary” men!)
A dream in the car—jumps right in and snoozes like a pro
Food motivated but polite—no resource guarding with food or toys
Cat-tolerant—curious at first, then graduated to couch-sharing naps
Bath-time easy, because he is clearly a gentleman

And yes. We must mention it.
👉 Duncan toots. A lot.
No shame. No regrets. Just vibes.

Basically, Duncan is a perfect little pity potato who is equal parts resilient, loving, low-key, and hilarious. He’s looking for a home where he can continue gaining weight, soaking up love, and perfecting his couch-nap technique.

If you’re searching for a loyal companion with a heart of gold and a bit of extra… air 💨—Duncan is your guy. 💙
