Meet Thunder II (New Digs)!

Meet Thunder ⚡🐾
Thunder is a 6-year-old male Boxer with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. Sweet, friendly, and affectionate, Thunder is the kind of dog who thrives on companionship and truly enjoys being part of a family.

Thunder has an average energy level and loves a good balance of playtime and walks. He does best when he has daily opportunities to move, explore, and engage—followed by plenty of cuddle time. He responds beautifully to verbal praise and positive reinforcement, and may need gentle encouragement at first when settling into a new home, especially around mealtime.

This handsome guy is playful and social, does well with children, and is friendly with other medium to large dogs. He’s also good with cats, making him a wonderful option for a variety of households. Thunder especially loves toys and will happily accept treats once he feels comfortable.

At the end of the day, Thunder’s favorite place is right by his person’s side—he enjoys sleeping with his owner and will happily offer his signature Boxer hugs when prompted. His ideal home is one where he can receive the attention, love, and companionship he deserves, with people who have time to play with him and take him on regular walks.

Thunder is being rehomed through no fault of his own, due to age-related limitations of his current owner. He’s ready for a new chapter with a family who will cherish him as much as he will cherish them.

If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will fill your home with love (and hugs), Thunder is your perfect match!
