Sugar is a petite 9 year old gal looking for a loving home with someone who will cherish her while she lives out her golden years. Sugar is made of sweetness, she is an adorable, petite senior who loves to give kisses, wiggle her tail, go on walks, take naps and play with her stuffies.
Sugar tends to warm up to and coexist best with male dogs over female dogs. Sugar would also do well as the only dog in the household as she is happy with human interactions and get all the attention, she also does well with kids and is non reactive to cats.
Sugar is potty trained, crate trained (non destructive when left out), doggy door trained, knows sit, is very polite and non jumpy, takes treats gently, loves people, loves kids, loves walks, loves to go to a restaurant patio, and is great in large group settings of people, She is also non reactive to cats with slow intros and is dog tolerant with slow intros (male dogs only).
Sugar was HW + and will be undergoing Heartworm treatment through DPA – we are working to get her vet appointment scheduled soon.
