Vader is a sweet, chill dog who needs tender, loving care. This gentle boy, unfortunately, came from a cruelty case where he was left in an apartment for several days. Despite struggling through a rough patch in his life, and being in shelter care for 5 months, he still kept his manners. Favorably, Mister Vader comprehends many commands–including Paw, Sit, Stay, Lay Down, and how to get into his kennel! Such a smart pup! He loves his treats, does anything to get one, and is not aggressive with his food. Keeping Vader clean is easy. Just be sure he is comfortable and calm and he will love it! This boy is also 7 years young!
Vader loves to play ball and with his other toys, so having a fun game of fetch is an excellent way to entertain the pupper! While he likes to meet other dogs, Vader often likes to mind his own business; even pulling a bit on the leash to get an in-depth whiff of his surroundings. Vader is curious! Though very sweet with children, he gets too excited at first meeting them and may scare some little ones with Zoomies. If you take Vader home, he would love you endlessly, sneaking in an extra long cuddle for good measure; if he’s feeling extra lovey, he’s willing for a hug too! This sweet boy needs any kind of love you can give.
