Meet Sammee! He is ~6-7 years old, 65 pounds, American Staffordshire Terrier/Boxer/Golden Retriever mix. You will immediately fall in love with his huge, sweet, puppy eyes! Sammee was a stray rescued in Florida in January 2019. He has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on all vaccinations and heartworm/tick medications.
Sammee is a moderately active dog who knows how to play when it’s playtime and when to rest when it’s chill time. He gets along with other dogs and currently lives with his sister, Sarah. They love to play together and relax together! Sammee loves to cuddle with his humans and get all the affection. An ideal home for him would be with his sister, Sarah, with a family that has the time to give him just a little attention and love throughout the day.
He is one smart pup! He loves playing tug of war and his version of fetch… which is you throw, he catches, and you have to get the ball back from him! He is a quick learner and knows a handful of tricks, like sit, lay down, rollover. He is a great family dog. So gentle with kids and babies! He loves going on walks and is working on not pulling on the leash. He is timid around new people initially but warms up quickly. He loves any treats especially a pup cup from Starbucks! Sammee is house-trained and does not like being crated for long periods of time.
