Freddy is a 1 year old Dachsund mix who was rescued at 4 months . He has no known health or medical issues. Freddy has been neutered , microchipped and is up to date on his shots .
Freddy is very playful , loves to fetch and play tug of war. He’s very mild mannered and is always well behaved around other dogs and small children ( even strangers lol ) . Freddy would love to be in a family with kids or multiple members of a household so he can get all the affection and play time offered.
Freddy boy has also been crate ( also crated at bedtime ) and house trained , knows not to jump on furniture and also knows basic commands ( sit , leave it, go to your crate , go get your toy ) . I have had Freddy on a schedule of 3 walks / bathroom breaks with meals after the morning walk and evening walk. He’s also has been trained off leash and works well with recall . He has a medium activity level i would say. He enjoys playing but also enjoys a good nap time . I am rehoming Freddy to give him a chance for a more affectionate & playful lifestyle. He’s not a big barker or growler ( unless he’s playing tug of war lol )
Freddy would enjoy having other pet mates or children to show his love to as he is very friendly and mild mannered .
