DPA’s Cats of the Month – April: Meet Betty & Veronica!

Here are two very cute feline sisters who have different temperaments but a special bond and want to be adopted together. Meet Betty and Veronica!

Betty is a Domestic ShortHair/Tabby/Mixed with pretty round green eyes and a fluffy tail who is described as a ham who chases anything that moves.  Veronica, on the other hand, is a Domestic Shorthair/Mixed with faint tabby markings and blue eyes the color of a summer sky who just wants to serenely chill out and share her days with Betty.  Betty and Veronica have been together for ten years. (Yeah, that sister bond is strong and to hear they will stay together would be music to our ears.) Different, but inseparable.

Both these kitties came from a hoarding situation where, although they bonded well to each other, never had a chance to bond to people.  In spite of that, they have come a long way and love to be petted and sleep next to their foster mom who thinks that even though they may never be lap cats, they can be excellent companion animals if just given time to adjust.

Betty and Veronica will need a stable home with a family that can show them a lot of love and patience.  Could you be the new home to provide shelter and care for these two deserving cats? If you think these two could be a part of your family, apply to adopt them today! Now through April 30 their adoption fees are 50% off!
