Introducing the canine princess, Onyx II! She is a 50 lb bundle of love and joy. As her name indicates she is a beautiful black pit bull /lab mix. Her gentle nature reflects her “lab” characteristics. Onyx is a well-behaved young lady. She loves attention.
Onyx came to us from a rescue as a puppy. She has lived with 2 cats, another dog, and children very successfully. Onyx loves the attention of small kids. She especially likes to chase a ball that might come along her path. Onyx is good with her harness and her leash. She is a very active walker if given the opportunity. Onyx is proficient at using the doggie door and loves to run and play in the yard.
Onyx has dry skin and requires a little moisturizing lotion at times. She loves a soothing bath from time to time. She is spayed and microchipped. Her vaccinations are up to date. Onyx loves to ride in the car and sits well in the back seat. She responds to commands —especially in a quiet soothing voice. Onyx loves a little bit of extra virgin olive oil drizzled on her food.
Onyx would love to be adopted with her sister, Tessa, but she is looking for her perfect home, even if that’s without her sister.
Her human mother has become unable to properly care for her due to mental health issues. This young lady will be a precious addition to your household. Please give her your utmost consideration. She will bring so much joy to you and your family!!
