Jacques is the knowing older mentor of Jade so the perfect home for Jacques will be a room for two. A year old than her tag-along, Jacques may come off as a bit protective, perhaps even a touch guarded, as she has Jade’s back. But as long as they are together, they have almost everything they need in life, except a forever home.
At the age of four, she’s just recently begun adjusting to home life, but is already using her litterbox and her scratching post like the wise woman she is. She enjoys being a shadow in her house, preferring the quiet and isolation, as long as she likewise has the company of her best friend.
This bonded pair has yet to be introduced to children or other pets, so they will benefit from a peaceful and private space as they adjust to their forever home. Jacques may be protective of her BFF, but she just wants to make sure they have a safe and happy place to spend their future together.
Since it is preferred that Jade and Jacques are adopted together there will be a discount of $25 each ($50 total) off the adoption fees.
All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for cats over six months to seven years is $100, kittens under six months is $150, cats eight years and over are $50 unless specified otherwise.
