Meet the magnificent Izzy! He is an 18-month-old, 38lbs, Boxer mixed breed, with the best smile! He was rescued as a puppy with his mom and litter from a hoarding situation with dozens of other dogs.
Izzy is a goofy and highly energetic pup who loves to run and play. His favorite game is tug of war. He’s a very “doggy” dog and likes all the classics- sticks, bones, and balls! He gets along with other dogs and currently lives with a dog and several cats.
He loves having a friend to play with but is too excitable for most kitties. Izzy likes to cuddle up with his humans on the couch while chewing his bone. An ideal home for Izzy would be one with another dog and big backyard.
Izzy is crate-trained, and very food motivated to learn new commands. He is one smart pup! He knows what he wants and how to get it, even if he doesn’t always realize there’s a wall or glass door in his way! He does great on walks and loves car rides, especially if that car is headed to the dog park.
This special pup is deserving of the perfect furever home. Could it be with you? Apply to adopt Izzy today!
