Meet the ever hungry Daario, the low-maintenance foodie friend you’ve been looking for. Daario has been begging semi-successfully for wet food for all 9 years of his life, putting him at a trim 12 pounds, but his soft Domestic Short Hair fluff will look excellent on your couch while you enjoy your next Netflix binge. Daario is a native Texan; even showing up on Fox 4 news looking for his first home! Daario is up-to-date on his shots, neutered, and is microchipped. Daario is also still in possession of his danger needles, but he holds still well enough for nail trims (provided you give him treats afterwards).
As an official foodie, Daario enjoys lounging around after a good meal, and will often prefer a cuddly pillow in the window. Daario is a “morning person,” and will greet you at your bedroom door each morning, rubbing against your legs. Though typically independent, he loves to be petted on his own time and will seek you out on the couch right before you need to go to the bathroom between episodes of your latest binge. Daario will support your online shopping addiction so long as you sacrifice the boxes to the cat god. Daario can do a couple of tricks, spin around and sit, with the right motivation (treats).
As an independent little dude, he is not a fan of other cats and has had an ongoing feud with his current red-headed step-brother. His newest housemate is a grabby little crawler that makes Daario yell, “Get off my lawn!” while waving his bladed toe beans around. Since he can’t control that side of himself, Daario is ready to live the single life – a.k.a. no small children or pets. Daario’s ideal mid-life-crisis new digs would have adult(s) and maybe some teenagers who speak cattitude.
Daario has his best years ahead of him as he looks forward to his new retirement home. Being the Adonis he is, he will make your ex jealous as you post endless photos of him on your Instagram. He will definitely leave his pawprints on your heart and his floof on your couch. Apply to adopt Daario today!
