Carter James (New Digs)

Age: Young
Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier
Gender: Male

Meet Carter James (New Digs)!

This is Carter James. He is a 15 month old, 55 pound, American bull terrier mix. He loves to run, play and cuddle. Carter was rescued from Dallas Animal services on the day he was supposed to be euthanized. We decided to foster him and give him a shot at finding his furever home.

Carter is a charming, energetic boy who loves going for runs and walkies. Playtime is his favorite time of the day. But also doesn’t mind relaxing in his kennel. He is a big cuddle bug and loves to sit on your lap and get all the smooches.

He is great with kids and other dogs. Carter is not aggressive towards cats but needs some work to learn his boundaries with kitties. He is currently living with another pup, two kitties and two kids. Carter is a great family dog and would do well in a family with other dogs or children.

He is crate and house-trained. Carter knows how to sit, give kisses, and wait. He’s a quick learner with his favorite snacks as a reward. His current favorites are fresh fruits and veggies.

Carter is a sweet, happy, social, lover boy and would love to be a part of your family.
