Meet Blake II (New Digs)!

Meet Blake II! He is a 2 years old black lab weighing in at 60 lbs, and the sweetest dog you have ever met. I got him when he was a year old, and has been a loyal companion ever since. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and on a monthly heart worm prevention medication.

He is a ball of energy, always wanting to go outside, run around, and play. He is very good with other dogs, especially when they are his size. Smaller dogs sometimes get scared at how excited he gets, because of his size. He does really well with older children and adults, and loves to sit at my feet and place his head on my lap. He also is very loyal, and loves to be stuck to me like velcro, even at the dog park! He would do best in a home with a yard, where he can run around a lot, although be careful, he has been known to jump fences less than 6 feet! He gets nervous around young children and loud noises.

He is potty trained, house trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands. He currently lives in an apartment with me, and I am rehoming him because he does not do well in this setting. He recently got nervous and bit a delivery driver as we walked by in the hallway, which was completely against his sweet nature. I think he would be much better suited for a home with his own space and a constant flow of people. He is the most loving dog, especially when he is in his own space!

If you are looking for a sweet and loyal dog with tons of energy, Blake is your boy! Apply to adopt Blake II today!
