Bailey IV (New Digs)

Age: Adult
Breed: Australian Shepherd
Gender: Female

Meet Bailey IV (New Digs)!

Introducing the spunky and happy Bailey IV! She is a 4.5-year-old purebred Australian Shepherd and weighs 48 pounds. Bailey is a black tricolor with white and brown around her face and legs. She’s simply beautiful! Bailey was purchased from a breeder in the DFW area with her sister and littermate, Sammy, when they were 10 weeks old. It was the last litter for the breeders before having their dogs “retire” on their farm and relax!

Bailey is very smart and loves to play, chase, cuddle, go on walks, and give kisses. She loves to go to the dog park and make new friends. She gets along great with other dogs and currently lives with her sister Sammy and a Bengal cat named Harley. She also lives with 3 kids, ages 12, 9 and 5. She has never had any aggression towards other animals or humans. In fact, since my youngest was 1 year old when we brought Bailey home, Bailey grew up with a baby/toddler pulling, climbing, tugging, and riding her. She is so patient. She even sits still long enough for the kids to put makeup on her. She’s the best playmate for kids! She’s so patient and loving. An ideal home would be one with children or just adults who have the time to walk her and spend time with her!

Bailey is crate and house-trained and is working on not jumping when she gets excited. She didn’t have formal training but would benefit from some basic reminders. She catches on incredibly fast so that would be an easy thing for her to learn with her new family. Bailey loves playing fetch, playing chase with the kids in the house, going on walks or bike rides with the kids, having a belly scratch, and having rawhides out in the backyard.
This smart and sweet pup is deserving of a forever home filled with love.
