Meet the lovable Shiloh. He is a 6 year old mixed breed 65 pound ball of love. We think he is a pit/lab/boxer mix (but we can’t confirm as he was a rescue.) We took him in from a shelter when he was just a little under a year old. No one seemed to want this boy, but I knew with a little care and training, he was bound to be a good boy! His sweet eyes will tell you everything you need to know about this pup!
Shioh is a very energetic boy! He loves to run, dig, play, jump, and tug. He likes to go on long walks or hikes. He currently lives with our other dog Daisy, but honestly, he is a bit much for her. He really prefers a home where he can be the center of attention and get all of the love and affection! He gets a little anxious sometimes around other dogs and has a tendency to snap at them if he is nervous. Shiloh LOVES cuddle time on the couch with his favorite human. He also likes to lick a leg or an arm to let you know he loves you. The ideal home for Shiloh is somewhere calm, with less stimulus. He loves to run and play, but once he gets his energy out, he prefers for things to be quiet and have a couch potato night.
Shiloh is crate-trained, leash-trained, and obedience trained. (Although without a treat, he sometimes “forgets” he knows a command.) You can get him to do almost anything for a good treat! He isn’t picky either! He loves a car ride to go to a fun outdoor area, but prefers somewhere he can walk with you away from the noise of the city. Once he trusts you though, he will do ANYTHING for you.
