Meet Gizmo! This 7-year-old, 23-pound Swedish Vallhund is a silly, playful sweetheart with a soft spot for naps and a hilarious love for tug-of-war—especially when it’s with his own leash! He’s the perfect mix of quirky and cuddly, and once he’s comfy, he’ll gladly keep you company during your downtime.
Gizmo can be a little shy at first, needing slow, gentle introductions with both new people and other dogs. As a former rescue, he’s made great strides—but he still takes trazodone to help manage his anxiety when left alone. With a patient, loving home, this little guy will reward you with loyalty, laughs, and endless snuggles.
We’re heartbroken to be rehoming him, but we know he deserves more time and attention than we’re currently able to give. Gizmo is getting a second chance at his true forever home—one where he can feel safe, relaxed, and deeply loved.
He’s fully up to date on all his medical needs—rabies vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped—and ready to settle into a home that matches his gentle soul.
