Meet Tilly (New Digs)!

Meet Tilly, the sweetest pup ever! She is a 3-year-old, 50-pound Lab mix with a short, brown w& white coat, and a heart of pure gold. Tilly was adopted from a local animal shelter in November 2024 within minutes of being euthanized. Before being in the shelter, she was a street puppy where she had at least one litter of puppies.

Tilly is a happy, energetic dog who loves to run, fetch, and play tug-of-war. As much as she’s always up for an adventure and enjoys spending time in the yard or at the dog park, she’s also happy to chill inside the house playing with her squeaky toy or bone. Tilly gets along wonderfully with other dogs once she gets to know them and currently lives with a little Pug brother.

Tilly loves to cuddle up with her humans and will happily curl up beside you on the couch. She’s a sweet, affectionate pup who thrives on love and attention. An ideal home for Tilly would be one with a fenced yard and family members who are loving towards her and have no cats.

Tilly was traumatized in her past life and is very fearful of being locked inside the crate. She is good at freely hanging around the house as she is potty trained. She doesn’t chew on anything, and she needs extra encouragement to go outside for her bathroom breaks during bad weather. She and her Pug brother both hate to poop in the snow, which isn’t usually much of a problem in Texas! Tilly is leash-trained and house-trained. She knows “sit” and is currently working on mastering “stay.” She’s such a smart and eager learner, always ready for training sessions and she’s never met a squeaky toy she didn’t love.

This joyful, loving pup is deserving of the perfect forever home. Could it be with you? Apply to adopt Tilly today!
