Cosmo found himself in a shelter kennel, afraid and alone, ready to give up, until a DPA foster scooped him up and brought him home. He was initially scared and a bit reactive, but once his new foster had earned his trust he became a total sweetie-pie. He made friends easily through a call and response of meows (his foster literally meowed back to him & he came out from under the bed to be pet!) He quickly progressed to purring, making biscuits, snuggling, extensive nose boops, slow blinks and even blepping. He is obviously super handsome and elegant, but also deeply soulful and loving. He has responded readily to comfort and kindness in his foster home. He is still shy around strangers and will occasionally bolt if he hears a weird sound, but he is super-ready for his loving forever home. Once you win him over, he’ll be your friend for life.
