Ilsa is 3 years old, active, and healthy with a beautiful sable and black coat, striking brown eyes, and inquisitive ears. She weighs in at a sleek 60#. She can be calm and poised at your side, yet full of unbound love and enthusiasm when she greets you.
Ilsa loves to play, engage in zooms, fetch, and tug to burn energy. She enjoys walks on leash and makes an excellent exercise partner. She is a great travel partner and has been traveling across the county, camping, and visiting friends since puppyhood.
She is, of course, house trained, will sit and hold her “spot” on command, looking for encouragement, direction and treats for jobs well done. She has been working on her social skills, sometimes needing extra direction. She is most happy with gentle, loving attention and guidance. She will best thrive as your one and only fur-baby. While she has been raised around cats, she really enjoys chasing them around the yard once outside whenever she gets the chance.
Ilsa currently lives with a small child but may feel stress with a rambunctious group. Ilsa is happiest at your side and will rest at your feet. She will gladly rest in a crate or kennel as needed, too.
