Dogs and Beer the Ultimate Pairing
Dallas Pets Alive! (DPA!) and Community Beer Company (CBC) are proud partners in lifesaving, having been working together for the past 10 years. As of March 2023, our latest collaboration with CBC, the innovative DPA! Adoption Container, was officially built and launched. This 40-foot shipping container has been transformed into a cutting-edge space where collaboration, technology, and rescue converge – a place that’s been reshaped, just like our companion animals.

Foster
Fostering is the heart of Dallas Pets Alive!’s rescue mission. Because we don’t have a shelter facility, the number of dogs and cats we can save depends entirely on the number of fosters who open their homes and hearts to our community’s homeless pets. You can make the world a better place with one simple action: Fostering a pet.
Pet Support
Dallas Pets Alive! is dedicated to supporting families and their pets by keeping pets in their homes and out of the shelters. Browse our resources for medical assistance, pet rehoming, training and behavior, lost and found pets, and feral cats.
Volunteer
Volunteers are the Heart and Soul of Dallas Pets Alive! From our foster families to event leads (and everything in between), our volunteers are essential to our mission. By dedicating their valuable time to rescue and save homeless animals in our community, DPA volunteers are helping us achieve our goal of making North Texas no-kill.

Humane Society of Dallas County Joins DPA!
HSDC has grown from a home-based cat rescue to a dog and cat shelter serving Dallas County for over 40 years, providing shelter, love, and medical care until animals find loving homes. Our mission is to promote adoption and offer a safe, compassionate environment for the cats and dogs of Dallas County.
Dogs Matter Joins Dallas Pets Alive
Dogs Matter places dogs in temporary foster homes while their owners seek in-patient treatment. Our Collaboration with Dogs Matter enhances our support for pet owners in the community, ensuring they won’t lose their beloved dogs while focusing on their well-being.
