Meet the cutest compact, sweet terrier mix, ol’ man-Rocky!
This guy is about 9 years old, and his foster mom raves about his sweet, gentle demeanor. This poor fella was once in a home, but was found later, abandoned as a as a lost stray…
Amazingly, Rocky has not lost his good manners and smarts! He is house broken, will lounge in his kennel once in a while, but will let you know when it’s potty time. He is learning to walk better on a leash and knows how to sit.
He is curious bit not crazy about chew toys, but he may grow interested with time. Rocky loves people and doesn’t mind other low-key dogs. Despite his age-he likes fetch, but nothing too strenuous.
Rocky’s best home-match would be a semi-quiet home, with another older, quiet pet, and minimal traffic in the house. Any walks, park activity, or patio-brunches would be fine, but as long as he’s near his people, (esp for cuddles and but scratchin’s) he is A-ok!
Rocky seems to have had a “rocky” start at life, but he’s ready to settle into a Furever Home, of his own. Reach out to DPA to set up a meet and greet!
