Meet Poppy VIII!

Did you know that when a kitty makes biscuits that means they are happy? Poppy is quite the baker! This sweet 5 year old kitty LOVES to make biscuits everywhere and anywhere, even with her paws in the air and it’s just so charming to see.

Poppy is a bit of a night owl and loves to explore her foster’s house while everybody is asleep and keep an eye on things. And like any other curious feline, she also loves to sit in the window and watch the world outside. Even though she is adult age, she doesn’t just sit around like a lazy Garfield! Poppy gets her daily workouts in by doing the zoomies like a kitten, and just entertains herself if her human is busy.

Poppy would love a human who is calm and patient, as it takes her just a little bit to warm up in new surroundings, which is very normal. Someone who encourages her to play with cat toys and also lets her sit and watch tv with them is her dream adopter!

Poppy had kitty siblings, but it is unknown how she does with dogs. She loves her treats, is litter box trained, as well as scratching post trained. But, her greatest skill is baking biscuits and kneading bread, and of course being just as sweet as can be! Her foster mom says she has been coming out of her shell more and more every day, showing her playful and curious sides.

If you are looking for an amazing, goofy kitty who will break out into random zoomies and be a wonderful family member, please submit an application for Poppy!
