Peppy has the perfect name, because that’s just what he is.
Peppy is a perpetually happy, bubbly dog to whom no one is a stranger. He loves to play fetch and tug-of-war with his ropes, squeakies, balls, and bones. Peppy was a staff favorite while at Mesquite Animal Services, because this friendly boy gets along with everyone. He loves both kids and dogs, and just wants to play with both. He’s a smart boy who understands when other dogs do and don’t want to play with him.
Peppy is also very well-behaved and a model citizen on leash. He loves to go for walks and is an excellent running buddy! This food-motivated boy has basic obedience down, and is working on his tricks. You’ll often find him hanging out in his crate, and he knows to tuck himself into his crate when he sees the family leaving.
Peppy is 3 years old and 50 pounds. He is such a sweet, goofy, and loving doggo, and we hope you’ll consider taking him into your home!
