Moxie is a 3-month-old puppy bursting with love and affection. Despite a rough start after being hit by a car, Moxie’s resilience shines through. One of the dedicated vets at Dallas Animal Shelter skillfully rebuilt her hip and even took her home for a couple of nights to ensure she got the best start to her recovery. Now, Moxie has gotten a clean bill of health and has fully recovered from her hip fracture.
Moxie is the typical playful puppy who loves to have fun. She has quickly learned to sit and is very treat and praise motivated. Always eager to please, Moxie loves getting pets and treats as rewards. She’s crate trained and comfortably stays in her crate when her foster mom sleeps or needs to leave the house.
This sweet girl has met dogs and people and loves them all. She enjoys wrestling with dogs and playing chase. With people, she’s more than happy to show her affection by cuddling and giving warm greetings. Moxie is also good in the car and is doing well with potty training. Just take her outside, and she’ll do her business right away.
