Milos (New Digs)

Age: Young
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Gender: Male

Meet Milos (New Digs)!

Milos is the sweetest cat you’ll ever meet! This loving cat first came to my front porch around Christmas time last year when it was really cold out. I gave him food, water, and warm blankets to sleep on. I’ve tried to find his previous home with no luck. After weeks of him sleeping near my porch and yard waiting for me to get home, I knew it was time to take him in and have him checked out.

Milo is incredibly sweet and gentle and loves being pet. He is a really affectionate tomcat and loves laps and purring! Milo is an orange male tabby rescue, vet estimates 1 y/o. I’ve recently had him neutered, microchipped, nail trimmed, and vaccinated for rabies, FVRCP, FeLV + Combo FIV/FeLV test. He did test positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), which means he would be best living indoors in a single-cat home but it is NOT contagious to humans. Please read more about Milos will live a full life with FIV+ here: https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-infection

I really do love this cat, but I already have 2 cats and can’t keep him (currently in separate parts of the house). I have become mutually emotionally attached to him, but I know the best thing to do is rehome him to someone who can give him more time and attention than I currently can (especially since my other cats are jealous). I only want the best for this sweet boy. He deserves a loving, caring, compassionate, understanding, and responsible home where he can fully thrive. He has such a kind beautiful soul and I hope he can find an equally loving forever home.

He loves sleeping! Bonus: He would do best in a home with a catio or enclosed outdoor space as he was a recent stray and loves sunbathing on grass!

If you’re looking for a single household cat, he is purrfect!
