Happy girlie Annie was found by a Good Samaritan after apparently being dumped behind a QT, where her rescuers saw her chasing birds and playing with sticks. Annie brings all the joy and love you would expect from a puppy.
An active and playful sweetie, she loves her toys as much as she loves your attention. She’s also a fast learner: in just a short time, she’s learned to sit and lie down with treats, she does well walking on leash, and she loves her crate, especially if given a toy or bully stick. She’s very treat-motivated and excited to train as she continues working on her basic commands.
But Annie’s had a difficult, painful time all alone on the streets. It took the team six weeks to earn her trust. After getting to know her foster family, Annie showed her true affectionate colors! She loves to lay at your feet while playing with her toys, and all the better if she can get hugs and belly rubs.
Annie will need a special and patient human friend to adopt her. She has already made so much progress. With a structured home and dog siblings her own age, she would surely grow and flourish into a well-trained dog ready to join you on all sorts of adventures.
