After being hit by a car and being taken to our partners at Vet Ranch for surgery, NOLA became an honorary member of the Dallas Pets Alive! tripod club. A few days later she went home to her foster family who quickly fell in love and adopted her. Watch her full Ruff Life segment that aired on CW33 on May 31 and hear the whole story. Ruff Life No Longer: Isabella Finds Her Forever Home

Ruff Life No Longer: Isabella Finds Her Forever Home

On June 1st, CW33 shared Isabella’s Ruff Life story. That night, the Kolesar family watched her segment and knew they had to meet her. As one of the more timid dogs in the Dallas Pets Alive! organization, it warmed our hearts to learn that all she needed was a family – particularly one with a set of triplet siblings! “I think she kind of gave us more of a second chance, to be honest,” Joe Kolesar said. “We lost our two puppies we had for 11 years, and I didn’t think something could fill that void, but she did.” Isabella’s “ruff life” is no more! We have seen a complete transformation from Isabella, which serves as a perfect representation of our purpose. Happy tails to Isabella! To watch this Ruff Life segment, please click here. Ralphie came to Dallas Animal Services with a large, open wound on his head. His wound was patched and stitched by DAS, and he was put on the market for adoption with no other health problems. The adopted brothers were friends from the start, according to adopter Candice Aaron.  So now it’s Captain Jack and gold medal First Mate Ralphie reporting for duty!
